Hannagan Meadow Lodge Rooms
The main lodge rooms are available seven days a week from May through October. During the winter months from November 1st until Memorial Day weekend, reservations in these rooms are available for Friday and Saturday nights only.
We also rent out the ENTIRE LODGE to large groups!
Prices to rent the whole lodge:
Summer: (May through October)$650.00 per night (includes tax, dining room, and kitchen use.)
Winter: (Nov- Apr) $515 per night, includes tax, dining room and kitchen (except Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays – they are at the summer rate.)
All food provided by the lodge is extra - $7.95 for breakfast, $10.95 for dinner, per person. (All served buffet style.) We are NOT staffed to cook for large groups and do not cater. We encourage family reunions to bring their own food and use the kitchen to cook it.
To rent all cabins:
Summer: $1300 per night (includes tax and deduction for renting duplexes together.)
Winter: $1100 per night (includes tax and deduction for renting duplexes together – except Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays – they are at the summer rate.)

 Lodge rooms are perfect for guests who prefer a more refined luxury in their accommodations. Seven lodge rooms are located on the second and third floor of the main lodge.
Each room is unique, and elegantly decorated with brass beds and beautiful antiques. All rooms have private bathrooms. There is a private lounge on the second floor for relaxing and visiting with others.
Because of limited staff in our remote location, daily maid service is not available, but any special requests or needs are cheerfully accommodated. Ten rustic cabins are also available at the property.
Suite Descriptions and Rates:
Al-Cha-Se: Named for the Apache Indian Chief who presided at the Hannagan Meadow highway dedication celebration in 1926. Our new honeymoon suite has a king sized bed, private bath and sitting area, with a view of the meadow.

Babbitt: Named for former Arizona Governor Bruce Babbitt who has called Hannagan Meadow "the most beautiful place in the state." Cozy room with full-size bed, with view overlooking the meadow.

Cosper: Named for the original permit holder and founder of Hannagan Meadow Lodge. Our guest's favorite room, with a king size 4 poster bed, and matching dark cherry wood furnishings. May be joined to Greenlee by a common door. It also has a view of the meadow.

Greenlee: Named for Mason Greenlee, area settler and after whom Greenlee County was named. Large, elegantly decorated suite with king-size bed and sitting chair. May be joined to Cosper by a common door.

Hill: Named for Mrs. George Hill founder of the Hannagan Meadow Lodge restaurant in the late 1930's. Tastefully decorated suite on the third floor with two full-size beds.
